Laura Igoe is one of WNY’s most successful cyclists and has specifically designed these Power Vinyasa Yoga courses with swimming, cycling, and running in mind. Develop the core strength and flexibility you need for next season! Power Vinyasa is a dynamic style of flow yoga. We are linking breath to movement as we strengthen and lengthen our muscles to tone and sculpt our bodies.
2 different classes will be offered Monday and Wednesday to fit anyone’s schedule. Classes are 75 minutes long, and take place at Tri Spot Multi-Sports.
Monday: 6:30pm, Wednesday: 6:30pm
Cost: $17 per 75min session OR $150 for 10 session block
Classes are open to all regardless of ability. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Participants are provided with modifications for each pose to customize their practice. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. Bottled water is complimentary, and a limited number of mats are available to use.
